Montgomery is talking to permits regarding upgrading the plant for surface water monitoring due to Well #12. I listed Well #12 as active in the site plan because the well is physically connected for treatment at TAP 05. I believe the well is listed as inactive in SDWIS to prevent monitoring of the well while the bacterial issues are being dealt with by their engineering firm. The well is currently run to waste to minimize the bacteria in the well. The engineers found that letting the well sit makes the bacteria count worse.	Activity Status Date :	08-21-2014
